Experience
Federico Heras specializes in Commercial and Real Estate Law. He joined the firm in March 2018. Prior to this, he has developed his professional career at PriceWaterHouseCoopers (2005 to 2007) and Garrigues (2007-2018).
He specializes in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and National and International Procurement.
On a regular basis his professional activity focuses on recurring corporate advice to both national and international business groups. He also has extensive experience and has participated in several M&A operations, restructurings and Private Equity and Real Estate, related to entities belonging to many different sectors of activity.
He has been, on the other hand, speaker at various seminars and conferences of the firm Garrigues and other entities and agencies (APREAN, Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment of the Junta de Andalucía, Futuroliva, Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, Colegio de Economistas de Málaga, among others).
He has participated as conselour-coordinator in the commercial area of the Executive Master in the “Executive Master in Business Law”, organized by the Center for Garrigues Studies in the promotion 2011-2012.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association of Granada.
