Experience

Isidro Torres is experienced in Commercial and Real Estate Law. He joined the firm in May 2018. Previously, he has developed his professional career in Garrigues between 2005 and 2018, as Senior Associate of the Department of Commercial and Real Estate Law in the offices of Granada, Malaga and Madrid.

He specializes in Commercial-Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, National and International and Civil Procedure.

On a regular basis his professional activity focuses on corporate advice to business groups. He also has extensive experience and has participated in numerous M&A operations, restructurings, Private Equity and Real Estate, related to entities belonging to many different sectors of activity.

He has participated as a teaching teacher in the MBA organized by ESESA (Escuela Superior de Estudios de Empresa) in 2013 and in the “Executive Master in Business Law” organized by the Garrigues Studies Center.

He has also been a speaker at various seminars and conferences in Garrigues.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association of Granada.
